Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Kickboxing:
What a workout! A cardio class with defense type moves. You use bags and gloves to help burn calories and relieve stress!

Cycling:
The Cycling exercise program is like bringing your outdoor bike indoors. No matter what your experience or ability, there is a cycling class for you. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced cyclist, you can ride at your own pace to have a workout that is right for you. Always bring a water bottle.

Cycle Express:
30 minute cycling class during lunch.

Rep Reebok:
Rep Reebok is a safe, effective strength training activity that can be done in a group. Rep Reebok is a muscle definition program, that is simple and effective in improving muscular strength.

Total Body:
Specific exercises to increase your athletic ability.  No other class will get you in shape quicker.

Zumba:
Zumba eliminates the “work” from working out by combining amazing, irresistible Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves, using their unique intermittent training format.

Zumba Toning:
Body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves are combined into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. Instructors use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.

Turbo Kick:
A high energy class choreographed with martial arts type moves.  The great music makes the class seem like a party!  Turbo Kick is designed for every fitness level.

Yoga:
Join us as we guide you through a series of yoga poses. Increase flexibility, strength & range of motion. You’ll cultivate peace of mind.

Intermediate Yoga:
Classic yoga utilizing poses that work to release tension and stress, promote flexibility and strength, and restore health and peace of mind.

Sports Yoga:
Is a vinyasa flow class with an increase in strength poses, stamina and more challenging poses.  Challenging mind-body class.   Requires good upper body strength and stamina.

Core Strength:
Concentrates on breathing, form and increasing strength in the core. Matt exercises that build strength and compliment any cardio and strength training program.

Silver Sneakers: MSROM:
Exercise class designed for seniors or the beginning exerciser.  Exercises move to music and increase strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.

Silver Sneakers® Cardio Circuit:
Standing non-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. Cardio Circuit focuses on the benefits of a circuit format to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength and endurance without increasing risk.

SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch:
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
